- Two-Year Parts and Service Warranty: Optimyst Linear, Aura, Revive, Mapleton, e-MatriX, RGB Pro Box, and RGB Cassette products.
- One-Year Limited Warranty: Vital Essence, Vital Sense, and Vital Spark products.
- Two-Year Limited Warranty: Revillusion, Revillusion Deluxe, BF Series, and Nova Series electric fireboxes.
- Two-Year Parts and Service Warranty: Slim Linear models, including PLF3614-XS, PLF4214-XS, PLF5014-XS, and PLF6014-XS.
- One-Year Parts Warranty: Sierra models SIL48, SIL60, and SIL72.
- One-Year Limited Warranty: DFI2310 plug-in electric fireplace insert.
- Warranties do not cover standard light bulb replacement
