The Dimplex Vital Sense 74-Inch Linear Electric Fireplace brings an expansive flame presentation to open-concept rooms, entertainment areas, and other large indoor spaces. Its wide, edge-to-edge glass design showcases a 70-7/8-inch viewing area with vivid LED flames over an included tumbled glass ember bed. Choose from 13 flame colors, seven media themes, three flame speeds, and three brightness settings to create anything from a warm, traditional glow to a colorful contemporary display. The flames operate independently from the heater, allowing the fireplace to remain an attractive focal point throughout the year.

When additional warmth is needed, the integrated 1,500-watt fan-forced heater delivers up to 5,118 BTUs of supplemental heat for areas up to 1,000 square feet. Low and high heat settings, an adjustable thermostat, heater-disable function, cool-air circulation, and an eight-hour timer provide flexible comfort for changing conditions. Settings can be managed from the hidden touch controls, included multi-function remote, or the Glen Dimplex Connect app for convenient control of the flame, media, temperature, and timer functions.

The SEN74 can be recessed into a properly framed opening for a streamlined built-in appearance or mounted directly to a wall using the included brackets. It operates on 120 volts and 12.5 amps and can be hardwired or connected with the included 120-volt plug kit. The fireplace includes the front glass, tumbled glass media, multi-function remote, plug kit, and wall-mounting hardware. No gas line, chimney, or venting is required. A 15-amp circuit is required, a dedicated circuit is preferred, and installation must follow the owner’s manual and applicable electrical and building codes.
